Planning before the day

Routes are planned in advance, including drop-off points, alternative entrances and timings. For multi-car movements, convoy coordination is agreed beforehand, so every chauffeur knows their position, their stop and their timing.

Working to your protocol

Many principals travel with their own security detail. Chauffeurs are briefed to the standard your security team requires, and where needed we liaise with that team directly. We work to your protocol, not ours.

Confidentiality as standard

Non-disclosure is standard on VIP work. We do not discuss our passengers, where they went or who they met. Only vetted chauffeurs are assigned to VIP movements.

Choosing the vehicles

A fixed price, settled in advance

Every movement is quoted in advance at a fixed price that includes the chauffeur, fuel and Salik tolls. There is nothing to settle at the kerb, which matters when the principal should simply step out of the car and go.

Around the clock

The reservations desk is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and changes made more than twelve hours ahead are free. VIP schedules change, and the plan should be able to change with them.
