How Much Does a Chauffeur Cost in Dubai?
What a Dubai chauffeur price actually includes, what changes it, and how hourly and transfer rates compare, with real starting rates from our fleet.

Most chauffeur price lists in Dubai look simple until the final bill arrives. Waiting time, tolls and fuel are where a low headline rate quietly becomes an expensive trip. So before comparing numbers, it helps to know exactly what a rate is buying.
What a LAMAMA rate includes
Every quote covers three things that are often charged separately elsewhere:
- The chauffeur. There is no separate driver fee.
- Fuel.
- Salik tolls. Dubai's road tolls are in the price, not added afterwards.
There is no surge pricing. A Friday evening costs the same as a Tuesday morning, and a quote made a week ahead does not change on the day. If anything is added while you travel, such as an extra hour or an unplanned stop, it is agreed with you before it is charged.
The two ways to book
Point-to-point transfers suit a single journey: a hotel to a restaurant, or an office to the airport. You pay for that journey, fixed in advance.
Hourly hire suits days with more than one stop. The car and chauffeur stay with you, and the plan can change as often as your day does. What changes the price
Three things move a quote more than anything else.
The vehicle. The fleet runs from Comfort through Premium and Business to First Class. An efficient city SUV and a Rolls-Royce Ghost are both chauffeured cars, but they are not priced alike.
The duration. Each vehicle has a published hourly rate and a published full-day rate. A full day works out cheaper per hour than booking the same hours one at a time.
The distance. A one-way trip outside Dubai is quoted as a fixed rate. A full day spent in another emirate is billed by the hour and includes the drive there and back.

Waiting time
Airport pickups include sixty minutes of complimentary waiting from the moment your flight lands, and your chauffeur tracks the flight so a delay costs you nothing. For any other pickup, if you need the car to wait longer than planned, the cost is agreed with you before it applies.
How to pay
Bank transfer, card, or cash to the chauffeur. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. Online payment is not available yet.
Getting an exact price
The quickest route to a firm number is to send the date, pickup point, destination and number of passengers. A reservations manager replies with a fixed price, and that is the price you pay.
