DXB Airport Pickup: What Happens After You Land
A step-by-step look at a chauffeured pickup from Dubai International or Al Maktoum: flight tracking, meet and greet, waiting time and what to do if you are delayed.

After a long flight into Dubai International, the last thing anyone wants is to stand at the kerb working out where the car is. A chauffeured pickup removes that, provided the arrangement is handled properly before you land. This is what happens, step by step.
Before you fly
When you book, we need four things: your flight number, the date, your destination in the UAE, and the number of passengers and bags. The flight number matters most. It is how your chauffeur follows the flight instead of guessing at a landing time.
If you are travelling with more luggage than a sedan takes, say so when you book. The Mercedes-Maybach S 680 and BMW 7 Series take three bags each. The GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade take six.
While you are in the air
Your chauffeur monitors the flight from the moment it leaves the origin airport. If you land forty minutes early, the car is already there. If you are held on the tarmac, nothing changes on your side: the pickup moves with the flight, and there is nothing for you to call about or rebook.
When you land
Waiting time starts when the aircraft lands, not at the time you originally booked. Every airport pickup includes sixty minutes of complimentary waiting from that moment, which gives you time for immigration and baggage reclaim.
Meet and greet
Your chauffeur waits in arrivals with a name board and handles your luggage to the car. There is no car park to find and no pickup bay to queue at.
If something changes
Your flight is delayed. There is nothing you need to do. The pickup follows the flight.
Immigration or baggage takes longer than an hour. Contact the reservations desk, which is open around the clock. Any extra waiting beyond the included sixty minutes is agreed with you before it is charged.
Your plans change. Changes and cancellations made more than twelve hours before pickup are free. Inside twelve hours, call us directly and we will do what we can.
