The fleet runs from Comfort through Premium and Business to First Class, so the car matches the occasion instead of the other way around. Airport transfers, corporate travel, hotel and event transfers, weddings and hourly hire are all handled the same way: a fixed rate, a named chauffeur, and a vehicle confirmed before the day.
Coverage runs across all seven Emirates. A one-way trip outside Dubai is a fixed rate; a full day elsewhere is billed by the hour and includes the commute there and back. Every chauffeur speaks English, and Arabic-speaking chauffeurs are available on request.
The reservations desk is open around the clock, every day of the year, from the Business Bay office. However you reach us, by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form, a reservations manager replies within the hour.
